- No Cancellation Policy: Once the advance payment has been made, cancellations are not permitted.
- Ongoing Projects: For long-term consulting engagements, cancellations after the project has started may incur charges for work already completed. Refunds for unused services will be considered at Aureity Consulting’s discretion.
3. Refund Policy
- Initial Consultation Fees: Fees for initial consultations are generally non-refundable unless the service is not delivered as agreed.
- Project-Based Consulting: Refunds for ongoing projects will be assessed individually. Any remaining services not delivered may be refunded after deducting charges for completed work and administrative expenses.
- Missed Consultations: Refunds are not provided for missed appointments or a lack of engagement during the project unless prior notice has been given.

We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule consultations with at least 3 days’ notice, subject to our availability. However, repeated rescheduling or delays from the client’s side may result in additional charges.

In unforeseen situations beyond our control (such as natural disasters or regulatory restrictions), Aureity Consulting may reschedule or cancel services. In such cases, we will work with you to arrange alternative dates.
6. Shipping of Products
As a consulting firm, we do not provide or ship physical products. This policy strictly applies to our professional services.
7. Requesting a Cancellation or Termination
If you wish to cancel or terminate your contract, please contact us via our official communication channels. Provide details of your service agreement and the reason for the cancellation. Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
